Quality Control In Tannery

First of all, we ensure that raw materials are imported only from the suppliers who meet the international standards. Leather is a material made from animal skins by tanning process which is comprised of a number of different stages from preservation to pickling, fleshing, bating, tanning, fat liquoring, dyeing and a range of various finishing processes. For this reason, a quality control is carried out several times during each stage of leather production. Our technical professionals carry out the quality inspection during each process. The skins are then segregated according to quality grades and bad skins are rejected when they are still in crust form. Only the good skins are sent for dyeing process.
